Step 1: Dream
Every project begins with a homeowner’s vision for what a space in their home could become. We schedule an initial meeting in your home with our interior designer and project coordinator in order to understand your vision. Our designer will suggest solutions that reflect your style and the way in which you use the space. Our coordinator will identify any potential challenges and answer any technical questions you may have.
Step 2: Design
We will help you determine a floor plan which allows us to estimate a construction cost. Our designer will incorporate your preferred colors, styles and materials into the design plan. Your feedback throughout this phase is vital and ensures that we achieve your budget, scheduling and design goals. After final selections have been made, we can provide you with an exact quote for the construction. We will then prepare permit applications and the construction schedule.
Step 3: Deliver
Our construction process aims to minimize disruption to your life by carefully protecting the areas we are not working on. Your lead carpenter will be at your home every workday until the project is complete and will be available to answer questions and provide updates whether you are present or not. This ensures that we finish on time and on budget.
